US Ain al-Assad base in Iraq comes under missile attack

The sound of an explosion was heard from inside the Ain al-Assad base following the missile attack, the reports said.

On Thursday, the American military base in Ain al-Assad was targeted by a drone attack.

The US Department of Defense confirmed that one of its soldiers died of an alleged heart attack in the drone attack on the Ain al-Assad base.

On Friday, Iraqi Resistance forces targeted the illegal US base in the country's Kurdistan region with two drones. The drone attack on the US Al-Harir Air Base left several American forces injured.

After the martyrdom of Resistance commanders who led the anti-terrorism fight in Iraq and Syria, the Iraqi parliament approved a piece of legislation to call for the withdrawal of American troops from the country, a demand that the US troops have yet to meet.
