"Trending at 10": Social media and The Olympics. Your take?

In Tuesday, July 31st's, "Trending at 10"... sanctions against Iran, Snoop Dogg changes his name to Snoop Lion (which somehow transpired into suggestions for Eric Thomas's rap name), a major blackout in the country of India and, last but not least, social media ant The Olympics.  What's your take?  Too many spoiler alerts?  Do you love to follow the athletes?
