Anti-capitalism protesters in the United States, the 99-percenters, have once again taken to the streets in the port city of Oakland to protest against police crackdown on the protests. Despite massive police crackdowns on the demonstrators, the unemployed people and members of workers' unions attended the rallies to challenge the US police brutality. The protesters have already filed a lawsuit against Oakland police officials after their encampment was forcefully removed earlier this year. The US police have arrested a large number of people during anti-Wall Street protests in the city. Meanwhile, in Louisville, Kentucky police forces arrested a disabled war veteran in an occupy protest in Sarasota, Florida.
