IRI FM confers with Tunisian president

IRI Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi met and conferred with Tunisian President Moncef al-Marzouki on Tuesday afternoon. In the meeting, the two sides discussed ways of expanding bilateral cooperation as well as international and regional issues. Before the meeting, Salehi talked with Tunisian Commerce and Handicrafts Minister Bechir al-Zaafouri about commercial and industrial cooperation. During his 2-day visit to Tunis, Salehi also discussed issues of mutual interest with other Tunisian officials including Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali, Head of Constituent Assembly Mustafa bin Jaafar, Foreign Minister Rafik Abdessalem and Head of Tunisia's Islamic Party al-Nehza Rashid al-Ghanoushi. He also attended the opening ceremony of Iranian film in Tunisia and visited Mosque of al-Zeytounieh.
