Letter: Don't let Israel drive U.S. to war with Iran

In 2001, Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon told Shimon Peres: "Don't worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it" (Kol Yisrael radio, Oct. 3)
