Iraq, Turkey, UAE, Qatar ink Development Road MoU

On a visit to Baghdad on Monday, President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan oversaw the signing of a quadrilateral memorandum of understanding between Iraq, Turkey, the UAE and Qatar on the Development Road to Iraq.

Iraq's Transport Minister Razak Muhibis, Turkey's Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Qatar's Transport Minister Jassim bin Saif bin Ahmed Al Sulaiti and UAE's Energy and Infrastructure Minister  Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei signed the memorandum of understanding in Baghdad.

The MoU contains the commitment of each country to establish the necessary framework for the implementation of Development Road plan.
