Secretary of IRI Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Saeed Jalili warned the G5+1 group against adopting any unconstructive moves during talks with the Islamic Republic. In a letter addressed to EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton on Thursday, Mr. Jalili said the Islamic Republic of Iran is always ready to contribute to initiatives that facilitate successful talks. He noted that such talks are only possible within the framework of cooperation and aimed at winning the trust of the Iranian nation. Those who replace logic with illegitimate moves must be held accountable for any harm to the talks, the top Iranian negotiator stated.
