Daei felicitates Ronaldo over equaling his record

In a match on Thursday between France and Portugal in Euro 2020, Ronaldo converted two penalties to reach 109 international goals. Daei was the world record holder with 109 goals for years.

“You have achieved what you deserve. You are a true symbol of handwork and professionalism, and were born to show the world you are the best,” Daei shared on his Instagram account.
