Iran’s men’s wheelchair basketball wins Best Team Performance

China’s wheelchair curling and wheelchair tennis of South Korea were among the nominees.

Team Melli defeated China 79-35 to win the bronze medal in the 2022 Asian Para Games in Hangzhou.

Iran had won a silver medal at the IWBF Asia Oceania Championships in the competition held in Bangkok, Thailand in May.

The award ceremony was held on the sidelines of the Asian Paralympic Committee (APC) General Assembly and Executive Board elections in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
