Andy Barr sticks with anti-Obama theme in race against lesser-known Elisabeth Jensen

Now that he's the incumbent seeking re-election Nov. 4, U.S. Rep. Andy Barr, R-Lexington, is sticking with what worked last time. He's running hard against President Barack Obama while almost never uttering the name of his Democratic opponent, Elisabeth Jensen, who runs an educational nonprofit.
