Soyameal exports down 17%

Soyameal exports in the just-concluded fiscal dropped 17 per cent to 2.84 million tonnes (mt) against 3.43 mt the previous fiscal. Poor availability and crushing on account of a lower-than-expected crop affected exports, the Soyabean Processors Association of India said in a statement
