In a message sent on Wednesday 7 August from Paris to Hasan Rohani , the French president Francois Holland expressed his country wish to restore close ties with Islamic Republic after  problems with international community  are solved . The Iranian TV ad that Holland also interfered in Iranian affairs by talking about civil liberties and human rights in Iran .
