Tornado in US's Louisiana claims one life, 7 others injured

Electricity has been cut off in more than 14,000 residential units, US-based ‘Weezer’ website reported.

The Louisiana State’s Crisis Management Authority said in a statement that the incident occurred while people were at home. So far, six houses have been destroyed in this incident.

Reports indicate that there is a possibility of increased damage and casualties as the incident continues to be investigated.
