Iran, Oman stress developing, strengthening relations

Heading a high-ranking delegation, Esmail Ahmadi-Moghadam, president of the Iranian Supreme National Defense University (SNDU) has paid a visit to Oman.

During the visit, Ahmadi-Moghadam held a meeting with the President of the Academy of Strategic and Defense Studies of Oman Major General Hamid Ahmed bin Said Sakroon.

The Iranian and Omani sides emphasized strengthening and developing relations between the two countries.

Referring to the historical, religious, and cultural commonalities of the two nations, the Omani side announced readiness to expand relations in the fields of science, research, and exchange of professors and students.
