The commander of police force Sardar Ahmadi Moghadam confirmed that some web sites are blocked inside the country but aired for use outside users ,  and called officials to avoid bypassing filtered web sites by using proxy servers (Filter Shekan ). Major social networks such as Face book and You Tube are blocked in Iran , but officials such as FM Zarif  publish their view on their Facebook page and Twitter
