TEHRAN, July 22 (MNA) – French carmaker PSA Peugeot Citroen has faced “debilitating” problems as it refused to sell spare parts to Iran in line with the Western-led sanctions against Tehran, an official at the Iranian Ministry of Industries, Mines and Commerce says
