For 20 consecutive days in June, the average price of gas in Central Ohio declined. That trend stopped suddenly when prices started going back up on June 30, the day after a severe storm knocked out power to hundreds of thousands of Ohioans. But AAA of Ohio spokeswoman Kimberly Schwind says while the storm created problems, it did not cause the price increase
