Obama to Lay Out U.S. Plan for Pacific Alliance in Tokyo Speech (Bloomberg)

Nov. 14 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama is set to deliver a speech in Tokyo today laying out his vision for a Pacific alliance working to expand trade, halt the spread of nuclear weapons and cooperate on climate change.
