EU accuses Iran of deepening nuclear "defiance"

VIENNA (Reuters) - The European Union voiced deep concern Wednesday over Iran's announcement it would increase its capacity to produce higher-grade enriched uranium, saying Tehran was increasing its defiance of the U.N. Security Council.
