Inevitability building in Libya - Obama adviser

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Efforts to pressure Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi out of power are succeeding, and there will not be stability in Libya until he steps down, U.S. national security adviser Tom Donilon said.
