Qatar’s Ali Kamal wins 3,000m steeplechase

Qatar Abubaker Ali Kamal won the 3,000m men’s steeplechase at the Asian Athletics Championships here yesterday with a timing of 8:30.23. Finishing second was Artem Kossinov of Kazakhstan, who clocked 8:35.1, while Tareq Mubarak Salem Tahe of Bahrain with 8:45.47 came third.
