Bachmann: Debt Downgrade is Obama's Fault

SIOUX CITY, Iowa - Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann said Tuesday at a campaign stop in Sioux City that the President, not the Tea Party, should shoulder the blame for the recent downgrade of the country's AAA credit rating to AA+
