Movie review: "Circumstance"

In Iran, they like to watch. Or so we gather from the constant presence of surveillance cameras in "Circumstance," writer-director Maryam Keshavarz's sumptuous debut about Shireen and Atafeh, best friends coming of age and burgeoning desire in Iran's capital city, Tehran.
