DUBAI (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah has pushed cautious social changes in the world's biggest oil exporter and guided it through a turbulent time that included an al Qaeda uprising, confrontation with Iran and the Arab Spring upheavals in neighbouring states.
