Iran Used Foreign Expertise For Atom Work - Diplomats

VIENNA, Nov 8 (Reuters) - A U.N. nuclear watchdog report is expected to show concern that Iran benefited from foreign expertise to help develop technology that could be used to build atomic bombs, Western officials said on Monday.
