Phl Embassy in Tehran Commences OAV Registration

8 November 2011- The Philippine Embassy in Tehran reported to the Department of Foreign Affairs that the registration for the National Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV) for the 2013 Senatorial and Party-List Representatives Elections commenced at the Embassy on November 2. The first registrant was Amin Lambino Mohseni, who was born in Quezon City of Filipino mother and Iranian father.
