Biden swoops into Iraq as U.S. troop pullout nears

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - U.S. Vice President Joe Biden arrived in Baghdad on Tuesday in a visit to mark the end of the U.S. war in Iraq as troops complete withdrawal by year-end.
