UN sanctions on Iran have been "exhausted"-Russia

UNITED NATIONS, Dec 2 (Reuters) Moscow believes there is no room for further UN Security Council sanctions against Iran over its nuclear program, Russia's UN Ambassador Vitaly Churkin said today.
