153 films on view: curtain goes up on international festival tomorow

Chennai, Dec 13: The ninth edition of the international film festival being conducted by Indo Cine Appreciation Forum(ICAF), will be held from tomorrow to December 22 in this once capital of South Indian cinema and screen 153 films from different countries where cinema is part of indegenous culture.
