Santorum tells Pioneer seed employees he would increase R and D tax credit

The federal tax credit for research and development should be expanded from 14 percent to 20 percent and made a permanent provision in the tax code, which would help Iowa businesses like Pioneer Hi-Bred seed company, former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum said Wednesday.
