Panetta in Iraq to close U.S. war

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta marked on Thursday the end of the U.S. war in Iraq, with the last American troops withdrawing nearly nine years after the invasion that ousted Saddam Hussein.
