Mission of need: Orphanos founder heeds call to help children worldwide

"I'm back here ... behind the building ... see me waving my arms?" And there was Wayne Sneed, standing in the back parking lot of a Cordova office building, directing a GPS-challenged reporter to the offices of Orphanos, the Christian foundation Sneed established in 1997 to help children, particularly orphans, throughout the world.
