Classroom costs Congratulations to Waukegan for being able to add 116 classrooms to multiple schools throughout their school district. However, I have to ask one question. Isn’t close to $320,000 per classroom a little exorbitant? I don’t understand how this could happen in a city which is on the verge of bankruptcy.
