EU court upholds bar on Iran group terrorism listing

BRUSSELS - The EU’s highest court upheld a decision on Wednesday to remove an Iranian opposition group from the EU’s terrorism blacklist, a ruling that could affect the fate of thousands of the organisation’s members stranded in Iraq.
