Air strike kills 35 in southeast Turkey - officials

DIYARBAKIR, Turkey (Reuters) - Turkish warplanes killed at least 35 people in an air strike in southeastern Turkey near the Iraqi border overnight, apparently mistaking smugglers for Kurdish militants, a pro-Kurdish party and local officials said Thursday.
