Iraqi Kurds manoeuvre in political minefield

Iraqi Kurds, at odds with PM Nuri al-Maliki over oil and power, have thrown down another challenge to the Shi'ite-led central government by giving refuge to Iraq's Sunni Muslim vice-president.
