Fundamental Update: Has Ben really started the helicopter once again?

Today Ben Bernanke "surprised" the market by giving an incredibly dovish speech to an association of business economists in Virginia. The gist of the speech is that the unemployment rate remains far from normal, long-term unemployment is high as is the under-employment rate.
