Nuclear weapons free world best guarantee for nuclear security: PM

Seoul, Mar 27 : Terming a 'world free of nuclear weapons' as the best guarantee for nuclear security, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today stressed the need of a multilateral framework that helps reduce salience of nuclear weapons in security doctrines and increase universal restraints on the first use of nuclear weapons to achieve this objective.
