'Positive atmosphere' at Iran, world power talks: EU

(ISTANBUL ) - Talks between Iran and six world powers in Istanbul on Tehran's nuclear programme, the first in 15 months, began Saturday in a "positive atmosphere," a European Union spokesman said.
