Rouhani derides nuclear Israel

DUBAI: Iranian President-elect Hassan Rouhani said yesterday it was laughable for Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to say Tehran was getting close to Israel's "red line" over its nuclear programme and derided the Jewish state's ability to strike Iran.
