Iran nuclear talks: Historic agreement is within reach

Foreign Secretary William Hague has said that "gaps" in talks over Iran's nuclear programme are "narrow but important". Mr Hague added that negotiations have been "very difficult", as world powers gather in Geneva in an attempt to reach a deal.
