Nuclear deal accepts Iran enrichment, cracks sanctions: Rouhani

TEHRAN: President Hassan Rouhani said Sunday that Tehran's nuclear deal with world powers signalled an acceptance of uranium enrichment in Iran and that punitive sanctions were starting to crumble.
