Iranian nuclear talks in Geneva described as 'good'

JC Finley Dec. 31 (UPI) -- Iranian nuclear negotiations between Iran and the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council, along with Germany, resumed Monday and Tuesday in Geneva with the focus on planning the implementation of the November 24 signed interim nuclear agreement.
