Obama, Merkel threaten broader Russia sanctions

WASHINGTON (AP) — Projecting unity on Ukraine, President Barack Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel threatened tougher and broader new sanctions against Russia on Friday if Moscow doesn’t quickly change its disruptive behavior.
