It's official: Panagariya to be Vice-Chairman of NITI Aayog

Pro-reform economist Arvind Panagariya has been appointed the vice-chairman of the newly announced NITI Aayog, while another economist Bibek Debroy and fromer defence (R&D) secretary V K Saraswat are the full time members of the body that has replaced decades old Planning Commission.
