U.S. sanctions two Yemenis, one charity linked to AQAP

In a statement on its website, the U.S. Treasury Department said it had added Al-Hasan Ali Ali Abkar, Abdallah Faysal Sadiq al-Ahdal and the Rahmah Charitable Organization to its sanctions list.
