-6 US military officers killed in Afghanistan

Armed forces affiliated with the Taliban killed 6 US military officers in eastern Afghanistan and wounded two others.

-Rouhani: 145% growth of defense budget

In the anniversary of the Army Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran, President Rouhani stressed that Iran’s power is defensive and preventive and not aggressive.

 

-3 Iranian companies off EU sanctions list

Following legal and political negotiations, the European Union has lifted sanctions which were imposed against three Iranian companies.
