12th Fajr Visual Arts Festival kicks off in Tehran

TEHRAN, Feb. 19 (MNA) – The 12th edition of Fajr Visual Arts Festival, Iran's leading visual arts event, is currently underway at Saba Arts and Cultural Institue until February 28.
