At least 8 Syrian civilians injured by hand-grenade explosion

The injured have been taken to Al-Basel Hospital in Karam al-Luz, and two of them are in critical condition, local sources report.

It is said that the throwing of a hand grenade by an unknown person caused the incident.

The Largest province in Syria, Homs is located in the center of the country.
