New S. Korean envoy submits credentials to Zarif

At the beginning of his mission in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the newly-appointed Ambassador of South Korea Yun Kang-Hyeon met and held talks with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.
